About the Instructor
Farzad Shojae
He is an accomplished interior designer with over 15 years of professional experience, specialising in retail, exhibition, and residential spaces. Based in Florence, he operates his own design studio and has worked in four different countries, which has honed his strong collaborative skills and international perspective. Farzad has held significant roles such as CEO and Co-founder of APLUS Design Consulting in Vietnam and Senior Interior Designer at Klismo Design in Florence. His teaching experience spans from being an Adjunct Professor at Florence Design Academy to lecturing at the European School of Economics. His diverse expertise and commitment to education make him a valuable addition to Cindrebay School of Interior Design in Dubai.

Pre-Class Setup
Join the Zoom session from a quiet, well-lit room. Use headphones for better audio quality and reduced background noise- Keep a notebook and pen handy for taking notes.
Session Conduct
Mute your microphone when not speaking to avoid disruptions. Use the ‘Raise Hand’ feature on Zoom if you have questions. Keep your camera on during the session to maintain a collaborative learning environment.
Assignment Submission
Submit assignments on time via the designated platform (email or online form). Late submissions may not be accepted unless discussed in advance with the instructor.
Networking and Interaction
Utilise the chat feature to interact with peers and the instructor during the class. Participate in any breakout room activities to enhance learning and networking.
Support and Queries
Reach out via email for any queries related to the course content or logistics. A dedicated support session will be available once a week outside of regular class hours for resolving doubts.
Terms & Conditions
As classes are taken by people from different nationalities, understanding and communicating in English is very important. Apart from Knowledge of English for communication the participants must have a basic understanding of the course subject matter.
We take only 20 candidates for the class in November and your application will be accepted only after verification of your application. You will need to pay the required fee for attending the class and your enrollment will be confirmed on receipt of payment and completion of the registration process.
Students must attend at least 80% of the sessions to receive the course completion certificate.
Punctuality is essential; students should join each session 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Mandatory Attendance.
The course will be conducted exclusively via Zoom. Ensure you have the latest version of the Zoom app installed. A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps is required for seamless participation.
Sessions will be recorded for educational purposes. By participating in the class, students consent to the recording of the classes and potential use of the same for educational and promotional purposes. Recording of sessions by participants is not permitted. Screenshots or distribution of course materials without prior permission is prohibited. Incase by any reason if a candidate is not able to attend the class on a particular day we will share the link to the recorded class which will be valid for 24 hours.
Cameras must be switched on throughout the session. Students are expected to be well-dressed and groomed. The background should be neat and well-maintained, as sessions will be recorded. Students may opt for a virtual background if a suitable physical background is unavailable. The faculty supervising the workshop will ensure that the chosen location is conducive to a rich and well-maintained learning environment.
Course materials provided are for personal use only and must not be shared or redistributed. Materials will be available only to enrolled participants and will be sent via email after each session.
Active participation is encouraged during live sessions. Students should be prepared to engage in discussions and activities. Students must complete any assigned tasks or homework as per the instructor’s guidance.
Cindrebay is not responsible for technical difficulties at the participant’s end. Make sure to test your microphone, camera, and internet connection before each session.
No refunds will be issued after the first session. In case of unforeseen events or instructor unavailability, the session may be rescheduled.
